I am a 36 YO revert to Islam since 1996. I consider myself to be moderate muslimah and a loving mother to my 6 YO son. At present, I am completing my second masters and will graduate in Fall 2010, insha'Allah.

I am the only child of a conservative family. Although my parents are not muslim, my mother has taught years at an Islamic school that required her to wear hijab. They are very accepting.

I enjoy gatherings, cooking, laughing with friends and family. I have a great sense of humor and try to see the best in situations. I am affectionate and even tempered.. yes, brothers.. a stable sister. LOL

I am searching for an even tempered, loving compassionate brother. One who is this way in actions, not just because it sounds great. My future husband will be an honest, hard-working man who appreciates what I do as well to make the household run smoothly. A brother that understands the ways of women and that kindnesses are a blessing.
